Lucas Prat serves as the Executive Vice President of Consulting at Power2X, where he also holds the position of Project Executive overseeing a world-scale Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) production venture in Europe. Power2X is a global consultancy and project developer dedicated to navigating the energy transition.

Focused on green and low-carbon molecules, Power2X is committed to decarbonizing energy-intensive value chains and heavy transport sectors. The company boasts a diverse portfolio of large-scale projects in hydrogen, ammonia, methanol, sustainable fuels and feedstocks, with an initial emphasis on European markets. Among its ventures is MadoquaPower2X, a green hydrogen and ammonia project situated in Sines, Portugal. In 2023, Power2X forged a significant long-term investment partnership with the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments).

Prior to joining Power2X, Lucas Prat was with Booz & Company for 16 years (currently Strategy&), where he was a Partner in the global energy, chemicals, and utilities practice. Headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and offices in Madrid, Spain, and London, United Kingdom, Power2X has around 70 FTE.
