We are very delighted to provide you the Programme for the Africa Hydrogen Forum which took place on 14 May as part of the World Hydrogen 2024 Summit & Exhibition.
Africa is currently leading the way in solar power as well as renewable water resources, together this is used to power electrolysis to produce hydrogen. The potential for significant hydrogen production throughout Africa is up to 16,000 million tons per year. Unlocking Africa’s hydrogen potential is an opportunity to secure global energy supply, create jobs, develop heavy industry and transform access to clean water and sustainable energy.
In 2024, Africa are expected to accelerate project deployment and foster collaboration with private, public, and global institutions to accelerate industry expansion – Attendees joined us to discuss what role African governments are playing to contribute to the hydrogen economy, explore methods and strategies for electrolyser and ammonia production, and discover leading projects for your business to invest in.
