‘The global world is facing a serious challenge of climate change, which means we must adapt in various sectors, especially in energy generation… Green hydrogen is seen as part of the solution to ensure that we produce a clean energy and our key catalytic project is around Boegoebaai which is the area around Northern Cape it is linked to the Deport, which is being developed by Sunsnet, it is a green field giving advantage to all forms of development… It is important that we learn from those who have gone through the implementation of green hydrogen. I find that Rotterdam, and the Netherlands in general, is leading and we can learn more from them on this issue.’
‘Here [WHS] is providing a good platform for all countries to come together and learn share ideas and collaborate so it is a critical platform for all of us from various countries to share our ideas learn from each other collaborate on how to maximise our efforts toward the green energy.’
