“First time here myself in Rotterdam, I’ve been elsewhere, but we have a very close relationship with the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. We have an MOU, you have materially supported us, we are having your prime minister visiting our country very soon I have learned, so we are broadening on a diversification in the green diplomacy in the relationship across the world all huddled around green hydrogen. So that’s all the more reasons for us to be here, because we have a very direct relationship for how we’re going to export whatever I produce in the South through the network of Rotterdam. Also, Rotterdam and the Port of Walvis Bay have concluded a joined agreement in cooperating, so we are just following up on the promises between your Prime Minister and my President, this is why we are here.”
