As President and CEO of the Belledune Port Authority in New Brunswick, Canada, Denis Caron has a track record of building successful partnerships with business, government, and community leaders. A senior executive with more than 35 years of public and private sector experience, Mr. Caron served as deputy minister to several government departments before joining the Port as CEO in 2015. During his tenure, Mr. Caron has overseen significant growth, infrastructure investments and relationship-building with local communities and First Nations. With a goal of sustainable growth and regional development, Mr. Caron and his team are delivering on green energy projects with a focus on hydrogen exports. A husband, father, and grandfather, Mr. Caron is a member of the NB Business Council, Atlantic Economic Council and serves as Director on the Board for the Association of Canadian Port Authorities.
