Fatemeh is a seasoned commercial executive with over 20 years in the energy sector. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Hydrogen and e-fuels at Varo Energy based in Zug, Switzerland. She leads the build and expansion of Varo’s hydrogen business across Europe, focusing on leveraging the company’s capabilities to foster robust, mutually beneficial partnerships and position Varo as a preferred partner in the energy transition.

Fatemeh holds a doctoral degree from the University of Leeds, in collaboration with the University of Texas at Austin, specializing in Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technologies. She is a respected figure in the global Hydrogen and CCS community and has authored several peer-reviewed papers in top international journals.
