Dr. Rabah Sellami is the Director of Hydrogen and Alternative Energies at the Commission for Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency in Algeria. Researcher at the Solar Equipment’s Development Unit, since 2003, and has been the production manager in an electrical appliances factory for five years. Dr. R. Sellami has been the manager of many research projects related to solar energy and energy efficiency and a member in many national working groups and committees related to Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Environment, Climate Change and Sustainable Development.
