Marco is currently responsible for Uniper’s asset management and business development activities for energy storage, with focus on large-scale geological storage of gases.

He worked many years in the energy sector, holding managerial positions in power generation, engineering, trading and commercial functions, following his engineering studies in Italy and in the USA.

He is based at Uniper’s head office in Düsseldorf, Germany.
