Sandor studied Chemical Engineering at the TU Delft and joined Shell in 1990. He worked there from 1990 until 2021 and then joined Ørsted to take up a role at their Hydrogen/P2X organisation. During his Shell years Sandor had assignments in Asia (Thailand, Malaysia and China), the Middle East (Oman and Kuwait) and the USA, working as process engineer, in front-end and project engineering and subsequently in various sr. roles in project management, working on some of the largest projects in Shell’s portfolio. In Ørsted, Sandor started as Sr. Project Manager for a 100 MW hydrogen project (project “Haddock”) and now manages Ørsted’s programme of hydrogen projects which Ørsted plans to realise in the province of Zeeland.
